The claimant appealed a 3 June 2002 decision of the Ticino family allowances fund. On 17 December 2002 counsel informed the court that the dispute had been settled amicably, especially regarding the repayment method of the amount claimed back, and withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal cantonale delle assicurazioni held that the case had become moot, struck it from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.

vista la risposta 30.07.02 della parte convenuta che propone la reiezione del gravame (IV);
vista la lettera 17.12.02 dell'avv. __________ che comunica di aver trovato una soluzione bonale della vertenza in particolar modo per quel che concerne il modo di pagamento dell'importo chiesto in restituzione e dichiara di ritirare il ricorso (cfr. XVII 1-9);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
