The appellant withdrew the appeals against the family allowance decisions of 3 December 2001 after the respondent had filed its answer. The president of the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court held that the proceedings had become moot, struck the cases from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.

vista la lettera 30.1.02 della parte ricorrente che, alla luce della risposta di causa 14.1.02 comunica il ritiro dei ricorsi (VIII);

rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;

decreta 1. le cause sono stralciate dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
