The appellant had challenged a decision of the Canton Family Allowances Fund, but later clarified that the filing sent to the court was not meant as an appeal, only as a request for help and advice because of his difficult financial situation. letti ed esaminati gli atti;
vista la lettera 4.1.02 dell'insorgente che dichiara che il suo scritto 11.12.01 al Tribunale non è da ritenere ricorso ma trattasi di "una richiesta di aiuto e consulenza vista la sua difficile situazione economica";
rilevato che la causa è priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
