The Ticino Social Insurance Court dealt with an appeal against two family-allowance decisions of 18 and 19 January 2001. After the respondent had been given time to file an answer, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 25 April 2001. The court therefore found the case moot and ordered it struck from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged, and intimated the order to the parties.
