The Ticino Insurance Court dealt with an appeal in unemployment-insurance matters against a 17 December 2004 decision by CO 1. in materia di assicurazione contro la disoccupazione
letto il ricorso 18 gennaio 2005 (I);
vista la risposta 11 febbraio 2005 presentata dalla parte convenuta (III);
letto pure lo scritto 2 marzo 2005 col quale l'RA 1 ha chiesto la fissazione di un'udienza ex art. 10 LPTCA al fine di sentire la ricorrente e un rappresentante del datore di lavoro (V);
richiamato il verbale dell'udienza di data odierna in occasione della quale, alla presenza delle parti, sono stati sentiti come testi , capo dell' del __________, e , Direttrice dell' (X);
preso atto che, nel corso della discussione di causa che ha seguito l'audizione dei testi, l'assicurata ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso (X, pag. 7);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli per desistenza;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
