vista la lettera 20.3.01 dell'insorgente che comunica di aver ricevuto sul suo conto corrente bancario l'importo di fr. 152.95 a saldo delle sue pretese e, di conseguenza, dichiara di ritirare il ricorso (XI);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
