richiamata l'ordinanza 14 febbraio 2005 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte ricorrente un termine di 20 giorni per completare il proprio ricorso (cfr. Doc. II);
vista la lettera 17 febbraio 2005 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso (cfr. Doc. III);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
