The claimant appealed a cantonal compensation fund decision concerning supplementary benefits. richiamata l'ordinanza 7 gennaio 2003 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta (cfr. Doc. _);
vista la lettera 30 gennaio 2003 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
