visto lo scritto 14.05.03 con il quale il Tribunale ha informato la parte ricorrente che esistono gli estremi per una reformatio in pejus della decisione contestata _;
rilevato che con lettera 21.05.03 la ricorrente ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso _;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
