The appellant withdrew the appeal against the 25 July 2001 decision of the Cantonal Compensation Fund concerning supplementary benefits. vista la risposta 21 agosto 2001 della parte convenuta che propone la reiezione del gravame;
vista la lettera 14 giugno 2002 dell'insorgente che dichiara di ritirare il ricorso;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
