la decisione del 4 luglio 2001 emanata da

Ufficio assicurazione invalidità, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle,

in materia di assicurazione federale per l'invalidità

letti ed esaminati gli atti;

vista la risposta 20 settembre 2001 della parte convenuta che propone la reiezione del gravame e in particolare precisa:

" (…)

Al momento attuale la piccola non necessita di tale tipo di interventi. E' quindi a giusto titolo che la domanda è stata respinta.

Con riferimento alle obiezioni sollevate in sede di ricorso, occorre comunque sottolineare che se da parte nostra non è possibile mantenere in sospeso la pratica sino al momento in cui tali provvedimenti potrebbero rendersi necessari, tuttavia a tal momento l'assicurata potrà rinnovare la propria richiesta. L'UAI entrerà quindi nuovamente nel merito della questione." (cfr. Doc. _);

vista la lettera 2 ottobre 2001 dell'insorgente (cfr. Doc. _) che di conseguenza dichiara di ritirare il ricorso;

rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;

decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:

  1. non si prelevano né tasse né spese;

  2. intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
