The claimant appealed against a decision of the cantonal compensation fund concerning AVS contributions. Before the court ruled on the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter dated 21 January 2004. The Ticino Insurance Court therefore struck the case from the roll as moot and ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
Appeal withdrawn; the court strikes the case from the roll when the dispute has become moot. In such a situation, the proceedings are terminated without a merits determination, and no court costs or expenses are levied if the court so orders (consid. 1-3).
