The appellant challenged a traffic authority decision before the Pretura penale. Before the court ruled, the Sezione della circolazione requested that its own decision of 17 January 2003 be annulled. The president therefore annulled the contested decision and struck the appeal of 27 January 2003 from the docket. No fees or costs were imposed.
