The President of the Pretura penale in Bellinzona dealt with proceedings to convert a fine into arrest. Because the convicted person had died before the scheduled date, the court struck the proceedings from the docket and annulled the summons of 20 January 2003. The order was communicated to the Public Prosecutor and to the Section for execution of penalties and measures in Taverne.
