The president of the Chamber of Enforcement and Bankruptcy, acting as supervisory authority in a debt enforcement matter, decided on a complaint accompanied by a request for suspensive effect. The request was granted. The order also states that, until the complaint is decided, enforcement acts and measures may continue. Notice of the complaint and the order is to be served on the parties through the competent enforcement/bankruptcy office.

The order may regulate the provisional procedural situation pending the merits decision and, where expressly provided, allow or maintain enforcement measures until the appeal is adjudicated. The decision is a provisional, incidental measure and does not prejudice the merits of the complaint.
