In a supervisory complaint in debt enforcement, the president of the Chamber of Execution and Bankruptcy granted suspensive effect. The order provides that only the portion of income exceeding CHF 3,800 per month may be seized. Notification to the parties is to be made by the Locarno debt-enforcement office.
Art. 36 LEF; Art. 10 and 24a LPR: the supervisory authority may grant suspensive effect to a complaint and, in doing so, delimit the enforceable portion of income by fixing a protected minimum amount; pending the complaint, enforcement may proceed only above that threshold.

ordina:
Al ricorso è concesso effetto sospensivo nel senso che deve essere pignorato l'importo eccedente fr. 3'800.-- al mese.
Notificazione alle parti con il ricorso a cura dell'UEF di Locarno.
