The Locarno enforcement office asked the cantonal supervisory chamber to determine the method of realizing the debtor's seized share in an undivided inherited estate. After unsuccessful conciliation, the chamber held that realization by public auction was appropriate and ordered that method. The decision was addressed to the enforcement office and, through it, to all interested persons.
Art. 132 LEF; arts. 9 and 10 of the Federal Tribunal regulation on the realization of rights in co-ownership; when conciliation fails in proceedings concerning the realization of a seized share in an undivided estate, the supervisory authority may order realization by public auction if this appears appropriate in the circumstances.

visti gli art. 132 LEF, 9 e 10 del Regolamento del Tribunale federale concernente la realizzazione dei diritti in comunione,
PRONUNCIA:
E’ ordinata la realizzazione a mezzo di pubblici incanti dell’interessenza spettante a __________ nell’eredità indivisa e in comunione relitta dal fu __________ interessenza pignorata nelle esecuzioni n. __________, __________ e __________ dell’UEF di Locarno.
Intimazione all’UEF di Locarno e, per il suo tramite, a tutti gli interessati.
