la decisione 26 marzo 1998 del Pretore del Distretto di Lugano, sezione 5 nella procedura promossa con istanza 5 febbraio 1998 dall’
chiedente lo scioglimento della società e la nomina dei liquidatori e dei revisori;
richiamata la diffida 8 aprile 1998 del presidente di questa Camera mediante la quale alla ricorrente veniva assegnato un termine scadente il 27 aprile 1998 per effettuare sul c.c.p. 69-10370-9 del Tribunale d’appello -introiti AGITI- un deposito di fr. 500.-- a titolo di anticipo per le presunte spese giudiziarie, con la comminatoria che, in caso di mancato versamento dell'importo entro il termine fissato, il ricorso sarebbe stato dichiarato deserto ai sensi dell'art. 312 CPC;
preso atto come il termine in questione sia infruttuosamente trascorso;
decreta 1. Il ricorso 4 marzo (recte 4 aprile) 1998 della spett. __________ avverso la decisione 26 marzo 1998 del Pretore di Lugano, è stralciato dai ruoli per mancato versamento dell'anticipo.
Non si prelevano tasse e spese.
