The President of the criminal court noted that the opponent had withdrawn the opposition to a criminal accusation decree by letter of 9 January 2004. Applying Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, the court struck the case from the docket, declared the accusation decree enforceable, cancelled the public hearing scheduled for 13 January 2004, and ordered the opponent to pay CHF 80 in costs.
