The President of the Pretura penale noted the withdrawal of the opposition to a criminal decree. Applying Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, the court struck the matter from the docket and declared the decree d'accusa enforceable. It further ordered that no court fees or judicial costs be collected, and returned the file to the public prosecutor for further action within his competence.
