The opponent withdrew the objection to a decree of accusation. The Pretura penale, sitting through single judge Damiano Stefani, struck the case from the docket, declared the decree of accusation enforceable, cancelled the already fixed public hearing, and returned the file to the public prosecutor for what was still within his competence. Costs of CHF 80 were imposed on the opponent.
