The President of the Pretura penale noted that the objection to a criminal decree of accusation had been withdrawn by letter. Applying Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, he struck the proceedings from the docket and declared the decree of accusation enforceable. The court also ordered that no taxes or costs be collected. The decision was issued in Bellinzona on 11 September 2003 by President Marco Kraushaar.
