The civil party withdrew its objection to a decree of accusation at the public hearing. Art. 210 cpv. 3 CPP; withdrawal of an objection to a decree of accusation: where the objecting civil party withdraws the objection with immediate legal effect, the objection proceedings become devoid of purpose and must be struck from the docket. In such a case, the court may order that no fees or costs be levied; the file is to be returned to the competent authority for further handling as appropriate.
