Three accused and the civil party had lodged oppositions against three penal decrees issued by the substitute public prosecutor. After the oppositions were withdrawn, the President of the Pretura penale in Bellinzona struck the cases from the docket, declared the decrees enforceable, cancelled the scheduled public hearing, and returned the files to the prosecutor. The objectors were ordered to pay CHF 80 in costs jointly and severally.
