Art. 210 cpv. 3 CPP; withdrawal of an objection against a decree of accusation: upon valid withdrawal, the court strikes the objection proceedings from the roll and the decree of accusation acquires enforceability. The court may, depending on the circumstances, refrain from levying judicial fees and costs.
