An objector withdrew the opposition previously filed against a decree of accusation. decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.

  1. Il pubblico dibattimento, già fissato per il 23 aprile 2003 alle ore 15:00 non avrà quindi luogo; l'incarto è ritornato al Procuratore pubblico Nicola Respini, per quanto di sua competenza.
