Arts. 210-211 CPP; withdrawal of opposition to a penal order: where the objecting party withdraws the opposition, the objection proceedings become devoid of object and are struck out, with the penal order remaining in force and becoming enforceable. In such a case, the court may order that no fees or costs be levied; the termination is procedural and does not involve a merits review of the penal order.
