The accused objected to criminal accusation decree DAC 547/2002, then withdrew the objection at the hearing. The Pretura penale, sitting by single judge Marco Ambrosini, therefore struck the proceeding from the roll under Arts. 210 and 211 CPP and declared the accusation decree enforceable. The court ordered that no fees or costs be charged for the decision.

decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa è esecutivo;
l'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
Non si prelevano né tasse né spese dell'attuale decisione.
Intimazione a:

per sé e per la parte civile.
