(Beschwerde gegen die Verfügung des Vermittleramts Tuggen vom 4. Oktober 2017, STU 2017 15);-
hat die Kantonsgerichtsvizepräsidentin,
nachdem sich ergeben und in Erwägung:
dass A.________ mit Eingabe vom 16. Oktober 2017 gegen die Verfügung des Vermittleramts Tuggen vom 4. Oktober 2017 Beschwerde beim Kantonsgericht erhob (KG-act. 1);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin ihre Beschwerde mit Schreiben vom 7. November 2017 (KG-act. 7) zurückzog, weshalb das Beschwerdeverfahren gestützt auf Art. 241 Abs. 3 ZPO abzuschreiben ist;
dass die zweitinstanzlichen (reduzierten) Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 106 Abs. 1 ZPO);
dass die Gegenpartei keine Beschwerdeantwort einreichte bzw. die Frist zu deren Einreichung am 9. November 2017 abgenommen wurde und sie bislang auch keine Aufwendungen geltend machte, weshalb keine Parteientschädigung zu sprechen ist;
dass die Abschreibung des Verfahrens gestützt auf § 40 Abs. 2 JG präsidial ergehen kann;-
verfügt:
1. Das Beschwerdeverfahren wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
2. Die Kosten von Fr. 200.00 werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3. Gegen diesen Entscheid kann innert 30 Tagen seit Zustellung nach Massgabe von Art. 72 ff. des Bundesgerichtsgesetzes *Beschwerde in Zivilsachen * beim Bundesgericht in Lausanne eingereicht werden; die Beschwerdeschrift muss den Anforderungen von Art. 42 BGG entsprechen. Der Streitwert übersteigt Fr. 30‘000.00.
4. Zufertigung an die Parteien (je 1/R), die Vorinstanz (1/A) und nach definitiver Erledigung an die Vorinstanz (1/R, mit den Akten) sowie an die Kantonsgerichtskasse (1/ü, im Dispositiv).
