The appellant withdrew her appeal against the district court’s order opening a will. The Kantonsgericht Schwyz therefore discontinued the appeal proceedings. It ordered the second-instance costs of CHF 300 to be borne by the appellant and declined to award any party compensation to the respondents because no compensable expenses had arisen.

(Berufung gegen die Verfügung des Einzelrichters am Bezirksgericht Einsiedeln vom 11. Juli 2017, ZET 2017 094);-
hat der Kantonsgerichtspräsident,
nachdem sich ergeben und in Erwägung:
dass die Berufungsführerin ihre Berufung vom 19. Juli 2017 gegen die Verfügung (Testamentseröffnung) des Einzelrichters am Bezirksgericht Einsiedeln vom 11. Juli 2017 (ZET 2017 094) mit Schreiben vom 31. Juli 2017 (KG-act. 7) zurückgezogen hat, weshalb das Verfahren gestützt auf Art. 241 Abs. 3 ZPO abzuschreiben ist;
dass bei diesem Ausgang des Verfahrens die Gerichtskosten gestützt auf Art. 106 Abs. 1 ZPO der Berufungsführerin aufzuerlegen sind;
dass den Berufungsgegnerinnen durch den bisherigen Verfahrensablauf keine Aufwendungen entstanden sind, weshalb von Parteientschädigungen abzusehen ist;
dass die Abschreibung des Verfahrens gestützt auf § 40 Abs. 2 JG in die Kompetenz des Präsidenten fällt;-
verfügt:
1. Das Berufungsverfahren wird abgeschrieben.
2. Die zweitinstanzlichen Kosten von Fr. 300.00 werden der Berufungsführerin auferlegt.
3. Gegen diesen Entscheid kann innert 30 Tagen seit Zustellung nach
Massgabe von Art. 72 ff. des Bundesgerichtsgesetzes *Beschwerde in Zivilsachen * beim Bundesgericht in Lausanne eingereicht werden; die Beschwerdeschrift muss den Anforderungen von Art. 42 BGG entsprechen. Der Streitwert ist unbestimmt.
4. Zufertigung an die Parteien (je 1/R), die Vorinstanz (1/A) sowie nach definitiver Erledigung an die Vorinstanz (1/R, mit den Akten) und an die Kantonsgerichtskasse (1/ü, im Dispositiv).
