The appellant repeatedly sought extensions for filing the appeal reasons. After the second extension request was refused, the court granted a grace period under § 10(2) VRG. Eine Nachfrist im Sinne von § 10 Abs. 2 VRG kann nicht erstreckt werden.* Durch Verfügung wurde das zweite Fristverlängerungsgesuch des Beschwerdeführers bezüglich Einreichung der Beschwerdebegründung abgewiesen und ihm im Sinne von § 10 Abs. 2 VRG eine Nachfrist gesetzt. Statt die Nachfrist zur Einreichung der Beschwerdebegründung zu benutzen, stellte der Beschwerdeführer am letzten Tag der Frist erneut ein Erstreckungsgesuch. Eine Nachfrist gemäss § 10 Abs. 2 VRG kann aber nicht wiederum erstreckt werden. Wird sie nicht eingehalten, so gilt die Frist als endgültig verpasst. Würde man das anders anschauen, hätte die Regelung von § 10 Abs. 2 VRG gar keinen Sinn. Es ist im vorliegenden Fall demnach davon auszugehen, dass die dem Beschwerdeführer gesetzte Frist zur Einreichung der Beschwerdebegründung unbenutzt abgelaufen ist; auf die Beschwerde kann deshalb, wie das angedroht worden ist, nicht eingetreten werden. * Verwaltungsgericht, Urteil vom 19.
