SOG 1977 Nr. 37 **§§ 48 ff. VRG.*Es gibt keine Wiedererwägung von Verwaltungsgerichtsurteilen. Das VRG sieht die Wiedererwägung nur in § 28, im 3. Titel, welcher das Verfahren vor den Verwaltungsbehörden regelt, vor. Der 4. Titel, der über die Verwaltungsgerichtsbarkeit handelt, sieht die Wiedererwägung von Urteilen von Verwaltungsgerichtsbehörden nicht vor. Auch in den allgemeinen Bestimmungen des 2. Titels über das Verfahren vor den Verwaltungs- und Verwaltungsgerichtsbehörden findet sich kein Hinweis auf die Zulässigkeit der Wiedererwägung eines Verwaltungsgerichtsentscheides. Das VRG kennt somit die Wiedererwägung von Verwaltungsgerichtsurteilen nicht. Auf das Wiedererwägungsgesuch kann somit nicht eingetreten werden. Zulässig wäre höchstens eine Revision gemäss § 73 VRG, doch müssten die in der ZPO genannten Gründe gegeben und die in der ZPO gesetzten Fristen eingehalten sein (§§ 31 ff.
