Art. 50(1) IVG excludes enforcement against the pension claim. A debtor order under Arts. 132, 177 and 291 CC is a sui generis enforcement measure and requires express statutory authorization. Art. 35(4) IVG concerns child pensions only and cannot be extended to spousal maintenance. Art. 20 ATSG allows payment to supported third parties, not to support-entitled creditors.
