An ambulance company was sanctioned for several breaches of the ambulance legislation, chiefly for carrying out emergency transports with crews that did not consist of two legally recognized ambulance staff members and with defective equipment. The decision reduced the original administrative reaction, replacing a reprimand with a warning and reducing the fine from CHF 10,000 to CHF 5,000.
Art. 18 LFA; administrative sanction against an ambulance undertaking for unlawful emergency transports and defective equipment; where the infringements justify intervention but not the originally imposed severity, the sanction may be moderated by replacing a reprimand with a warning and reducing the monetary penalty to fit the circumstances.

Résumé
Entreprise d'ambulance qui commet plusieurs infractions à la LFA, principalement, la violation d'effectuer des transports avec un équipage formé de deux ambulanciers reconnus par la loi. Amende de Frs 10'000.- et blâme réduit à une amende de Frs 5'000.- et un avertissement. Un avertissement, ainsi qu'une amende de cinq mille francs, ont été prononcés en lieu et place d'un blâme et d'une amende de dix mille francs, à l'encontre d'une entreprise d'ambulances ayant effectué des transports d'urgence avec du matériel défectueux et des équipages non conformes à la loi.
