The Tribunal administratif reviewed a disciplinary measure imposed on a taxi driver for double parking and discourteous conduct toward police officers. It held that the authority had not abused its discretion in principle, but found the original two-day withdrawal of the professional card too severe. Taking into account the nature of the offenses and the appellant's previously unblemished record, it reduced the withdrawal to one day.

Résumé
Le Tribunal administratif a considéré qu'un retrait de deux jours de la carte professionnelle d'un chauffeur de taxis pour parcage en double file et manque de courtoisie envers les agents de la force publique, ne constituait pas un abus du pouvoir d'appréciation. Il l'a néanmoins ramené à un jour, compte tenu de la nature des infractions et des antécédents sans reproches du recourant.
