The Federal Administrative Court, sitting with a single judge and one concurring judge, dismissed the appellant's challenge to the Federal Office for Migration's decision of 20 November 2009 concerning asylum and removal. It ordered the appellant to pay procedural costs of CHF 600 and set those costs off against the advance payment already made on 18 January 2010.
