Résumé

The single judge of the Federal Criminal Court refused to approve the indictment in abbreviated proceedings against A. in a case concerning commercial fraud and related offenses. The court sent the matter back to the Federal Prosecutor’s Office so that the case could proceed under the ordinary pre-trial procedure. The decision was declared to be non-appealable and was communicated to the parties.
