G.________ AG filed an administrative law appeal against a 27 October 2006 decision of the former Federal Commission for Accident Insurance. Before the Federal Court, it withdrew the appeal by letter dated 22 March 2007. The Court therefore struck the case from the docket as withdrawn. Although the matter was not about insurance benefits and was in principle subject to costs, the Court exceptionally waived court costs and ordered the refund of the CHF 500 cost advance.
Art. 132 Abs. 1 BGG; withdrawal of an administrative law appeal filed before 1 January 2007 against a pre-2007 decision remains governed by the OG. If the appeal is withdrawn, the Federal Court removes the case from the docket without a merits ruling. Under Art. 134 OG e contrario, proceedings not concerning the granting or denial of insurance benefits are in principle subject to costs; however, the Court may exceptionally refrain from levying court costs and order the refund of any cost advance.

In Erwägung,
dass die G.________ AG am 30. November 2006 gegen den Entscheid der Eidgenössischen Rekurskommission für die Unfallversicherung (seit 1. Januar 2007: Bundesverwaltungsgericht) vom 27. Oktober 2006 Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde erhoben hat,
dass das Bundesgesetz über das Bundesgericht vom 17. Juni 2005 (BGG; SR 173.110) am 1. Januar 2007 in Kraft getreten ist (AS 2006 1205, 1243), wobei sich das vorliegende Verfahren - da der angefochtene Entscheid vorher ergangen ist - noch nach dem OG richtet (Art. 132 Abs. 1 BGG; BGE 132 V 393 E. 1.2 S. 395),
dass die G.________ AG ihre Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde vom 30. November 2006 mit Schreiben vom 22. März 2007 zurückgezogen hat,
dass das Verfahren nicht die Bewilligung oder Verweigerung von Versicherungsleistungen zum Gegenstand hat, weshalb es grundsätzlich kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 134 OG e contrario),
dass vorliegend ausnahmsweise von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten abzusehen ist,
beschliesst das Bundesgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Der von der Beschwerdeführerin geleistete Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 500.- wird zurückerstattet.
4.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit zugestellt.
