The appellant withdrew the administrative law appeal filed against the judgment of the Zurich Social Insurance Court. The Federal Insurance Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and removed the case from the docket. It also ordered that no court costs be charged. The decision was notified to the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.

Nachdem der Beschwerdeführer die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde vom 12. September 2003 gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 23. Juni 2003 mit Schreiben vom 28. April 2004 zurückgezogen hat,
beschliesst das Eidg. Versicherungsgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit (BAG) zugestellt.
