The appellant withdrew his administrative law appeal against the Bern cantonal judgment in an accident insurance case. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the appeal from the docket and did not levy court costs. The decision was notified to the parties, the Cantonal Court of Bern and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Withdrawal of appeal; striking from the docket and costs: once an administrative law appeal is withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court removes the case from the register without a merits ruling. In the absence of special circumstances, no court costs are imposed (consid. 1-2).

beschliesst das Bundesgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit zugestellt.
