Stiftung Gemeinsame Einrichtungen KVG withdrew its administrative appeal to the Federal Court against the Federal Department of the Interior's decision of 24 October 2006. The II. Social Law Division therefore removed the case from the docket as concluded by withdrawal. The court ordered no judicial costs and notified the parties and the Federal Office of Public Health.

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit zugestellt.
