The Thurgau IV office withdrew its administrative appeal to the Federal Insurance Court against a cantonal decision concerning the assumption of course costs. The court therefore struck the appeal from the register as withdrawn. It ordered that no court costs be levied, but held that the cantonal office had to pay the respondent, represented by Procap, CHF 600 in party compensation for the federal proceedings.

In Erwägung,
dass das Amt für AHV und IV des Kantons Thurgau die am 10. Dezember 2003 gegen den Entscheid der AHV/IV-Rekurskommission des Kantons Thurgau vom 24. November 2003 betreffend Übernahme von Kurskosten erhobene Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde mit Schreiben vom 22. Juni 2004 zurückgezogen hat,
dass das kantonale Amt der durch den Schweizerischen Invaliden-Verband, Procap, vertretenen Beschwerdegegnerin eine Parteientschädigung zu bezahlen hat (BGE 122 V 280 Erw. 3e/aa; vgl. auch AHI 1994 S. 181 f. Erw. 4a mit Hinweisen),
beschliesst das Eidg. Versicherungsgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Das Amt für AHV und IV des Kantons Thurgau hat der Beschwerdegegnerin für das Verfahren vor dem Eidgenössischen Versicherungsgericht eine Parteientschädigung in Höhe von Fr. 600.- zu bezahlen.
4.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, der AHV/IV-Rekurskommission des Kantons Thurgau und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherung zugestellt.
