Résumé Omnilex

The appellant filed an appeal in an invalidity insurance matter against a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court. The Federal Supreme Court noted that the filing did not contain sufficient prayers or reasoning and that the appellant did not cure the defect after being warned. Because the appeal failed to meet the statutory requirements of Art. 42 BGG and did not show any legal error under Arts. 95 and 97 BGG, the Court did not enter into the matter under Art. 108(1)(b) BGG. Court costs were exceptionally waived.

Regeste Omnilex

Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG; Art. 95 und 97 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; appellatory review requires clear prayers and a reasoned submission showing, in concise form, how the challenged decision violates federal law. A merely conclusory or undeveloped filing is inadmissible if it does not engage with the contested findings or the legal grounds of the lower court. If a deficiency notice is ignored and the defect persists, the court may issue a non-entry decision in simplified proceedings; costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

S.________,
Beschwerdeführer,

Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid

vom 16. Mai 2012.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 18. Juni 2012 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts, Abteilung III, vom 16. Mai 2012,

in Erwägung,
