G.________ appealed a cantonal social insurance judgment in a health insurance dispute against CSS Kranken-Versicherung AG. The Federal Supreme Court held in simplified procedure that the submission failed to meet the mandatory reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG because it did not engage with the decisive findings of the cantonal court or explain any legal error. As a result, the court did not enter into the appeal. Because there was no valid appeal, legal aid was refused. Owing to the circumstances, the court waived the charging of court costs.

A merely generic or appellatory submission, which fails to address the ratio decidendi or to explain the alleged factual or legal error, is manifestly insufficient and leads to non-entry in simplified procedure (consid. 1). In the absence of a valid appeal, legal aid is excluded. Court costs may exceptionally be waived where the circumstances so justify.

in die von G.________ erhobene Beschwerde vom 4. Juni 2009 gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 31. März 2009,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung mit Angabe der Beweismittel zu enthalten hat, wobei im Rahmen der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Recht verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG); die Vorbringen müssen sachbezogen sein, damit aus der Beschwerdeschrift ersichtlich ist, in welchen Punkten und weshalb der angefochtene Entscheid beanstandet wird (BGE 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245; 131 II 449 E. 1.3 S. 452; 123 V 335 E. 1 S. 337 f.),
dass die Eingabe diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, da sich die Beschwerdeführerin auch nicht ansatzweise mit den entscheidwesentlichen Erwägungen der Vorinstanz auseinandersetzt und den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellungen im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass mangels einer (fristgerecht eingereichten) gültigen Beschwerde die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ausscheidet (Art. 64 BGG) und im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG umständehalber auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
