The insured person challenged a cantonal health insurance judgment before the Federal Supreme Court. The appeal was filed shortly before the deadline but did not explain in a legally sufficient manner why the factual findings were wrong or the legal assessment was unlawful. The court therefore declined to enter into the appeal in simplified procedure. It waived court costs, which made the request for free legal aid moot; the request for free legal representation likewise failed because no further procedural acts requiring counsel remained.

If these minimum requirements are not met, the court may decline to enter in simplified procedure. A waiver of costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG renders a request for free legal aid moot; free legal representation presupposes procedural acts requiring legal assistance.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 7. Mai 2013 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 2. April 2013 und das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da sie zwar einen Antrag enthält, den wenig sachbezogenen Ausführungen jedoch nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - qualifiziert unzutreffend (unhaltbar, willkürlich; BGE 137 III 226 E. 4.2 S. 234, 134 IV 36 E. 1.4.1 S. 39) und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird, womit das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Prozessführung gegenstandslos ist,
dass dies auch für das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Verbeiständung durch einen Rechtsanwalt gilt, da der Versicherte nach Einreichung der von ihm im Übrigen nicht eigenhändig unterzeichneten, unmittelbar vor Ablauf der Rechtsmittelfrist eingereichten Beschwerde keine weiteren Rechtshandlungen mehr vorzunehmen hatte noch vornehmen konnte, für welche eine rechtliche Vertretung erforderlich gewesen wäre,

erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Aargau und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
