Résumé Omnilex

The Federal Supreme Court declared the appeal inadmissible because the appellant failed to satisfy the minimum reasoning requirements. The submissions did not show, in a substantiated manner, that the cantonal findings of fact were erroneous or that the challenged reasoning was unlawful, and the constitutional complaints were merely repeated without proper argumentation. In application of the simplified procedure, the court did not enter into the appeal and exceptionally waived court costs.

Regeste Omnilex

Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG; Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; inadmissibility for insufficient reasoning. A federal appeal must contain requests and concise reasons showing in what respect the challenged decision violates law; where the appellant contests factual findings, it must be specifically demonstrated why they are manifestly incorrect and decisive. Constitutional grievances are subject to qualified pleading requirements and must be reasoned expressly and precisely. Mere repetition of prior submissions or abstract invocations of fundamental rights does not satisfy these standards; the court may therefore refuse to enter in simplified proceedings (consid. all).

Gegenstand
Krankenversicherung,

Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid
des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft
vom 15. Februar 2011.
Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 31. März 2011 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht, vom 15. Februar 2011 betreffend Krankenkassenprämien,
in Erwägung,
