The appellant withdrew his appeal against the judgment of the Zurich Social Insurance Court. The President of the Second Social Law Division of the Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case off the list. In the same order, the court waived the collection of court costs. The order was served on the parties, the cantonal social insurance court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal and procedural discontinuance; where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case off the list by order. In such a situation, the court may dispense with costs pursuant to the applicable cost provisions, in particular when the conditions for charging court costs are not met (consid. 1-2).

in Anwendung von Art. 65, Art. 66 Abs. 2 sowie Art. 71 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP als Instruktionsrichter im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG
verfügt :

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
