The appellant challenged a cantonal social insurance decision concerning invalidity insurance. The Federal Court warned that the appeal appeared not to meet the formal requirements. It then held that the filing contained no proper request and no sufficient reasoning showing why the factual findings were गलत or legally erroneous. In simplified proceedings, the Court therefore did not enter into the appeal. Court costs were waived.

Where the submission fails to identify cognizable errors in the factual findings or in the legal assessment, the appellate court may refuse to enter in simplified proceedings under Art. 108 para. 1 lit. b BGG. In such a case, costs may be waived under Art. 66 para. 1 sentence 2 BGG (consid. 1).

in das Schreiben des Bundesgerichts vom 9. März 2009 an H.________, wonach die Beschwerde die gesetzlichen Formerfordernisse hinsichtlich Antrag und Begründung nicht zu erfüllen scheine und eine Verbesserung nur innert der Beschwerdefrist möglich sei,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da sie keinen rechtsgenüglichen Antrag enthält und den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
