The appellant challenged a judgment of the Basel-Stadt Social Insurance Court in a health insurance matter. The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal did not satisfy the minimum reasoning requirements because it failed to show, in a sufficiently concise way, how the factual findings were erroneous or the legal assessment wrong. In simplified proceedings, the court therefore did not enter into the appeal. It also waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 1 and 2 BGG; Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b and Abs. 2 BGG: an appeal must state the relief sought and, in a concise manner, why the challenged decision violates law. If the submission does not address the contested factual findings and does not demonstrate legal error in the reasoning relied upon, the requirements of substantiation are not met. In such a case, the court may decide summarily and refuse to enter into the appeal. Where non-entry is ordered in this simplified procedure, costs may be waived pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 sentence 2 BGG.

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht Basel-Stadt und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
