The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appeal in an invalidity insurance case. The appellant had not paid the ordered advance within the extended deadline, and his earlier request for legal aid had already been rejected. The court added that the appeal would in any event have been inadmissible because it contained neither a proper request nor sufficient reasoning. Court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on the appellant.
Art. 62 Abs. 3, Art. 65, Art. 66 Abs. 1 and Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; non-payment of the required advance and deficient pleading. If the appellant fails to pay the advance within the prescribed additional time limit, the appeal is not entered into. A renewed request for legal aid need not be examined again where the procedural situation remains unchanged after an earlier rejection. Independently thereof, non-entry is also warranted where the appeal manifestly lacks both a request and sufficient reasoning within the meaning of Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG. In such a summary non-entry procedure, the appellant bears the court costs.

Das Präsidium der II. sozialrechtlichen Abteilung hat nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde von W.________ gegen den Entscheid des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 15. März 2007,
in den Beschluss des Bundesgerichts vom 25. Mai 2007, womit das sinngemäss gestellte Gesuch von W.________ um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege abgewiesen wurde,
in die Verfügung des Bundesgerichts vom 31. Mai 2007, mit welcher W.________ zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 11. Juni 2007 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
in die Eingabe von W.________ vom 6. Juni 2007, mit der er an der Beschwerde festhält und erneut ein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege stellt,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den ihm auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Beschluss vom 25. Mai 2007 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
dass das am 26. April 2007 sinngemäss gestellte Gesuch um unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege bereits mit Beschluss vom 25. Mai 2007 abgewiesen wurde, weshalb darüber zufolge unveränderter Prozesslage nicht erneut zu befinden ist,
dass gestützt auf Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde ohnehin nicht eingetreten werden könnte, da sie offensichtlich weder einen Antrag noch eine hinreichende Begründung enthält (Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG),
in Anwendung von Art. 62 Abs. 3, Art. 65 sowie Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG
erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
